Monument Forge – Return & Refund Policy

At Monument Forge, most products are made to order or custom manufactured. As a result, our return policy differs slightly from that of traditional retail stores.

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging when possible

  • Include proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many Monument Forge products are custom manufactured, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom engraved products

  • Personalized items

  • Made-to-order metalwork

  • Clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.
